Stop Leaving Money on the Table



You think by not delegating, you're saving money ...

"If I just do all the work myself, I won't have to hire or train anyone to do it for me."


Well, this couldn't be further from the truth so let's dismantle this theory real quick.


Sometimes we subconsciously allow certain mindset blocks and fears to hold us back from making CEO decisions.


We feel like, "Oh, nobody can do it as well as I can" (which we all know is BS.)


Or we're afraid to allow someone to come into our business because it's our baby. We built this thing from the ground up, so the thought of just hiring some rando to come in and do something is scary.


"What if they don't take it seriously, what if they mess up something I've been working so hard on, what if they can't preform at the level I need them too, etc."


We find ourselves facing a lot of mindset blocks, and have trouble letting go of some of the responsibilities because we are used to juggling ALL the hats. We want to do everything ourselves because we want it done right the first time and we want it done how we would do it.


However, it is okay to admit that you're not good at everything, and you need to have someone help you out.


You may be great at making content but need help on the backhand with operations, and that's ok! Hiring gives you the opportunity to add people to your team who can educate you and allow your company to run more efficiently than ever before. Everyone has different skill sets and it help to focus on your own area of expertise. You are the CEO so start focusing on CEO tasks. Allow your employees to operate within their zone of genius as well, and you'll be amazed with what you can all accomplish together.


Don't think that the only CEO decisions out there are making big investments and when to launch.


🧡 Deciding to stop doing tasks that take you out of your zone of genius, that's a CEO move.

🧡 Saying out loud, "I need help. I can't do this by myself," that is a CEO move.


Making big changes are scary. It may feel like you're gambling on your business, but if you take your time and do it the right way it WILL pay off big. Give yourself the opportunity to step more into your role as CEO and enjoy the benefits of your hard work.


Being an entrepreneur comes with many challenges every day. Sometimes we can't see our changes or benefits immediately and that can become discouraging. I want you to pat yourself on the back because you ARE making progress; you're halfway there! Just acknowledging you could use help with your business, puts you a step ahead. Mindset is everything for entrepreneurs and CEO's so reward yourself often and think positively. We are in this together and we will continue to succeed!
