internships should be fun

I'm Tatiana & I'm an Agency & Team Operations Coach.  I work with high caliber online CEO's that are experiencing rapid growth, yet they've hit a bump in the road. A bottleneck, if you will. I show them how to restructure and optimize their team in a way that will allow the company vision to come into fruition. My corporate background combined with my passion for entrepreneurship serves my clients well, but now I want to share that with a budding & creative intern!

Now, if we're gonna work together, there's a few things you should know about me and my brand:

  • Grindaholics Anonymous is my signature group coaching program and the focal point of my brand. In 6 months we take entrepreneurs from solo and struggling, to having a high performing team to support them as they scale. Learn about that here.
  • Having fun and having a sense of humor is a core value of mine. Work shouldn't suck.
  • My brand is growing... fast. We are constantly outgrowing our systems and creating new ones. This will be a fun role, but you have to be down for the ride.
  • I love marketing and having strategies that are different than the status quo Instagram carousel content. We constantly strive to create and stay in our own lane.

P.S OUR TEAM LIKES TO HAVE FUN. WE'D LIKE TO THINK WE'RE YOUNG AND HIP 🕺🏼

Marketing &
Program Ops Intern

Sound like you? This internship will run until Spring 2023. This is an unpaid internship with potential to be hired on a part time basis while intern finishes school, and then full time post graduation. We have 2 open spots currently.

Okay, Tatiana. I'm liking this. What do you need me to do?

As our Marketing Intern, you will work directly with the CEO and Marketing Coordinator to create and implement marketing efforts to continue to position Grindaholics Anonymous as the industry leading coaching program for team building in the entrepreneur community. Your impact will be massive and you will have creative dominion over parts of the Marketing Department of the Tatiana O'Hara Coaching Company. We aren't looking for a typical "Social Media Manager." The Marketing Intern will help find dynamic ways to market the company, and leverage data and analysis to make wise business decisions. Here's some of the things you can expect to do day to day:

1. Pinterest Management
  • Design pinterest graphics and make pins to lead back to both free and paid products
  • Create blog posts and pins to correlate with them
  • Identify ways to grow on Pinterest through effective research
2. Blog Management
  • Conduct SEO Research to apply them to blog pieces for the best visibility for blogs posted on the website
  • Conduct hashtag research for better social engagement
  • Repurpose social media post such as past posts, IG Lives, Youtube Videos and Youtube Shorts into blog posts
  • Assist in writing and producing biweekly/monthly newsletters to email list
3. Market Research
  • Research big box company marketing strategies and identify how that could be implemented at this level
  • Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
  • Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
4. Youtube Assistance
  • Prepare and upload Youtube videos (includes formulating descriptions, titles, hashtags, chapters, and playlist organization)
  • Repurpose social media content into Youtube Shorts
5. In-Person Coworking
  • Assist in filming content during coworking sessions
  • Collaborate and provide ideas for content planning for the team
